Wed…Moving day again. This time we only had to travel 45 miles up the coast to South Beach.
We arrived at the TT park around noontime and will be here for two weeks. We were directed to the area that is usually the best spot for picking up satellite. The sky looked open but after many frustrating hours we never did connect. To ease our frustration, we drove into town and stopped for burgers. When we returned home we hooked up cable, at least for the night. The campground charges a per day fee for this, so hopefully, we will have more luck and patience tomorrow.
Thurs.. Rainy day, so took it easy and waited for the rain to subside. Once it did, we worked on the satellite again. Finally success!
Friday…Cloudy with sprinkles..We headed out anyway and scoped out the area.
We did our grocery shopping. When we returned, I took a walk around the park.
Today we went into town to the Farmers Market at Newport. It was cool and drizzly again. They didn’t offer fruit, which is what we were looking for. I did buy a new basil plant. We were cold and headed home to warm up and have lunch. Watched the Kentucky Derby. I think this is the first year we haven’t put a wager on it. We saved ourselves some money!

We stayed in Pratically all the TT parks on our trek up the west coast last year. Some were ok and some were not! But we still had a ton of fun!!!
