Haceta Beach and Lighthouse

Tuesday..Well, it wasn’t raining when we got up yesterday but very cloudy.  We took our time getting ready for the day. The plan was to get a glimpse of the Heceta Head Lighthouse.  I read somewhere that this is the most photographed lighthouse and most likely the one you see on calendars.

We stopped for a quick sandwich and went to a few antique shops, looking for a small table. We found an unfinished small bookcase that we think will work for us.

Back home while cooking dinner, these bluebirds were hanging by our back window…

We will be heading down the road about 50 miles to South Beach for two weeks…Looking  forward to more beauty…..
